I think I read a post on this forum of someone nearing 250k in their Twin. Or have I dreamt it??

Now they just need to say black, white and silver for about 95% of the cars on the road.

Nice to see Beige is Beige.. not Magnolia or Vintage White or Stained Bed sheet or something less imaginative ...

THIS ^
There is nothing that can not be fixed if you want too bad enough. Even those cars that Hum posted for me could be saved.

I wouldn't doubt it, I too feel like I read this somewhere. Someone local to me hit 100k in his 2013 BRZ recently. 250k at this point is something like 40k annually, it' not an unbelievable amount of mileage, especially if they're traveling or live in a rural state. I know where I live, to get anywhere worthwhile it's a 30 miles trip one way. Hell, there's not a McDonald's within 20 miles.

I used to live about 20mile round trip from a decent 'fish and chip' shop.... and I hate the smell of food in my car so the trip was infrequent...

If I was still driving the schedule I was when I bought the car I would be pushing 200K on my 14 by now. As it stands I am at 130K with much of that being done the first two years.

2015 FRS, 80k miles, getting to 100k soon!

So far I've only had one issue with the car, rod knock at 60k

Other than that I LOVE this car and will probably keep it forever.

I'm nearing 100k on a 2013. Haven't had a single issue. Just replaced tie rods, they were about half as tight as a new rod. I did just get my AC refilled (not much difference). OEM battery replaced but that's it. Haven't even done spark plugs or transmission fluid.

Currently 210.000KM (130 487 miles)
First engine, first gearbox (auto) still going strong.

My car is affected by the recall btw. I have not gone to the dealership for the recall yet.. and wont.
