Damn sorry to hear man

Yea it can be bad out there. Wish i stayed home. Made it into work this morning but i had my struggles. Even coming off a stop to turn at an intersection, i ended up drifting across while a big truck tailed me. Luckily i kept in control but he could of hit me if i didn't. Roads look ok now but watch out for thick patches.

I did the same. My wife did not though even after I pleaded with her to turn around. She ended up wrecking my truck and its likely totaled.

I'm thinking I won't even give it a try today. Just going to try and work from home. Can't trust people anymore.

Good idea Ramster, I am working from home too.

I heard the same thing too. Just my luck since i'm supposed to meet with an insurance adjuster at 2 and hopefully get my car to the dealership so they can start on repairs.

Left my car in the parking garage at work last night and took the DART home. Mainly cause I didn't want to have to wash the slush off!

Glad I skipped driving, though. When i drove into work yesterday morning, the snow hadn't fallen. An hour after I got to work, the world was blanketed!

@no1r I heard it on channel 5 and on my weather bug app.

But I am looking at the radar now and it seems as though it is all north of us towards the red river.

Maybe we wont get anything else after all.

I saw it from NBC5 but it was a really light flurry. Nothing sticking on the roads. Melting immediately. I just drove from plano where I dropped off my poor girl at a body shop. Roads are fine except for a couple spots where there's ice on the shoulders, but it's not a problem.
