I'd take this over those other kits any day.

I'm glad we've finally gotten to see the TRD version, I was starting to worry that big-winged blue monstrosity was the trd version.
I love the duckbill(Itchy!) spoiler, and I do like the rest of the kit although it doesn't really live up to the original drawings IMO. I would expect distinct bumpers from TRD rather than glued on spats. The side skirts are a little disappointing too, I don't like the way they flare out at the front near the wheel- on the training manual picture they don't appear to do this. Ahh well, maybe I'll just add the duckbill to begin with and see who comes out with some better options down the line. |

It does look over the top, but everyone iv talked to who has seen the car up close all say pictures don't do justice. Suddenly the AS1 is not photogenic. I am going to give the benefit of the doubt that the TRD aero actually does look good IRL.

Even when they came out with the training manual and i saw the TRD back bumper i was like WTF?! That slanted shape around exhaust tips looks horrible, but even the real pics does not help at all.
I love the front and the side but i would rather take the modellista back inserts. I dont know what versions it the one with the big wing but thats my FAV |

That 86 only needs black headlight housings to complete the look.

Love the TRD brake package on the white car, everything else....not so much. Quad pipes for 200 hp just screams trying too hard - overcompensating lol.

I like how the flange right before the muffler points almost straight back to the exhaust cut out in the bumper skin. Drop 30lbs and gain 5hp with 2 bolts?
