Diamond Black vs Black? (Rays)

So a local distributor offered me factory-custom painted Rays, and I’ve always wanted gloss black wheels similar to to the Brz Ts STI wheels.

By default i would go black, but will it literally vanish? Its still glossy but if its legit black, the reflecting light will just be random lines. Also thinking what makes the black look good on the TS are actually the complimentary black skirts, lip, and spoiler. I was thinking about diamond black so people still generally see it as black, but when light hits it, it reflects the entire shape. Any wheel experts have Rays experience with these 2 blacks? Got photos of Diamond blacks or just blacks on your car?

Pretty sure you'e a man judging by the hand pictured but if a woman just pick whatever goes best with your favorite purse and/or pumps.
If a man, get them custom done in something fabulous like "furious eggplant" and add some sparkles in there to really get attention of all the car bros out there.

Plain black is way better, as it’s easier to match when you scrape them on a kerb.

And anyway, good wheels are just a bunch of very big holes to show off your enormous red calipers.

Diamond black has metallic flake IIRC.

Gloss black is just that, a flat black with gloss clear.
