Ishii Motor Industries Demo FR-S
Hello Everyone,
Just picked up our FR-S today. Thought I'd start a thread to get the documentation rolling. I unfortunately missed out on being one of the first 86, but I put a deposit down on this car in early January 2012 at Michael's Toyota here in Bellevue Washington which is the largest Toyota dealer in Washington I believe. This FR-S is Michaels's Toyota's first sale of the FR-S. I basically just had them do nothing but a basic PDI I didn't even allow them to give it the first bath as I wanted that pleasure. Not much to report right now, but do stay tuned as things will be happening with this car. For now, enjoy the pictures. Installed the KW Coilovers. My Scale was being funny but it appears the KW's weigh about 7 pounds lighter in total compared to the stock suspension.
We lowered it 1.25inch which really makes the car look better. It started to rain hard, so we were unable to evaluate the suspension. Ishii Top picture is stock. 2nd picture is lowered.

Lost 8 pounds by changing the battery to a Japanese sized battery.
I also deleted the DRL. I made a DIY thread here: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7435 Ishii  Installed a K and N air filter just for the heck of it since we have them on the shelf.  And just because it was on the shelf, added a limited edition HKS oil filler cap...
