I'd be in for a group buy as well, cause 100$ is a little to much for me to spend on something like this.

the stock ones are definitely on the small side... these extensions increase the aesthetics and functions of the paddle shifters !

I'm tempted, but the price tag is keeping me away from pulling the trigger on them. Bit much for a couple pieces of plastic, really. I don't have a problem with how the paddles feel at the moment, anyways.

its 3M VHB, but I'm not sure which type. its clear/very thin like regular scotch tape.

I'll try and figure out the exact tape type/number for you

You'll need some fresh adhesive. I have die cuts available for a few bucks. PM sent.

I went through several different adhesives before I found one that works well for this application. The stuff is spendy, but well worth it. Other adhesives simply couldn't stand up to the temperatures seen when the car is parked in the sun on a hot day. The adhesive I use also flexes very little even when hot so you get a nice firm attachment and solid feel.

Hmmm, didn't know they made thin 3M that strong. I used some type of spray adhesive that worked OK (just falls off if I pull the very top only). But nice to Stark will get me squared away even buying them used.

Wow. Thank you. I'll be emailing you when I get off work later.

How have these been working for you guys? My main concern is if the adhesive will hold up when my car is roasting in the CA sun all day.
