test drove FRS

read many stories about how awesome the car was and how u had to have it after the test drive/mind blown after test drive
the car is good but i was expecting more, maybe im spoiled by my GS. the FRS is a nice ride for the price tho

i went to 2 dealers and got to test drive 2 gray FRS
the first dealer gave me the keys and said enjoy. hopped in with my mom and drove it like i stole it. the whole time my mom was complaining "slow down" "its loud"(motor) "its so low" "its not comfortable"(stiffness), "its small" blah blah... HAHA it was awsome, i had a grin on my face the whole time but somethin was missing... the speed/acceleration
the sales guy at the second dealer sat with me... we went through some slow 35mph street and i was bored. redlined it a few times but thats it

ill have to test drive this car a few more times before i buy, just to make sure its the car i want, plus they didnt have blue and i think im gonna wait for the 2014
before i bought the GS i only test drove it once and i was sold (also drove it like i stole it during the test drive)

1 sounds like you can afford more
2 so get a turbo/supercharger!
3 now you can be at peace with the car gods

I don't know how the 2013 GS compares to the 2009 model... but I personally hate the GS... sure it can go fast in a straight line, but the steering wheel feedback is extremely numb and vague, and the electric brake is twitchy as fuck... then again, I'm used to my BMW's excellent feedback and progressive brake pedal.

My mom loves it though...

You and your mom should start a car review blog. You can compare apples and oranges and maybe some of your friends could join in and argue about off-topic nonsense. It would be a hoot !

u should try the 2013 GS, it rides really good... i never got to drive the BMW 5 series or the merc E class because i wasent interested in dealing with germans reliability, but most reviews say the 2013 GS is a better drivers car than bmw/merc

Don't sweat the haters, I know what you mean about the stock power coming from a g35 myself.
