Ordered mine June 20th, have a VON and expected arrival is October. Strange thing is someone called my house yesterday and told my wife that I had gotten the last allotment. When I called the dealer today to check on why they had called, my salesman said that neither he or the sales manager had called me yesterday.......I had been originally going to order a car out of Frederick, Md. but the last allotment got taken 2 days before I went in to place the order. Not sure my wife got a name. I'll have to check the caller ID when I get home to try and figure out who called me. Maybe Japan

For those in NE, we just got an allocation update from SNE/SOA. We had 15 more BRZ coming between now and the end of the year with 2 of them pre-orders. Both pre-orders are automatics. The allocation we just received shows we're getting 3 manual shifts coming in between now and end of July. I can only assume that they're cutting back on production of automatics since there seems to be a 7:3 ratio in demand of manual vs. auto. Originally it was supposed to be close to 50-50.

is the 100k unit being produced supposed to be built by jan 2013? or until may 2013? i find it strange that i got the last allotment (supposively) according to our forums, but i still got August ETA.

Got my VIN today for my CBS Premium MT! ETA is on the original target of 7/30 at Troncalli Subaru in Cumming, GA! #2 out of 3 allocated for this year!

Just talked to SOA this afternoon and still no VIN. At least there is a tentative date of August.

Called SOA two weeks ago and nothing....dealer called today and they just got notification BRZ will be here sometime in August! Good news after months of absolutely nothing!!! Could it be my new car actually exists now????

imo since your saying march of next year i would just wait for the 2014 to come out. since i think they would come out maybe a few months after that?

Ordered mine earlier this week and it's expected in September. This is coming from the dealer not SOA. How do I find out from more info from them as to when it should arrive?

Your car isn't coming until 2013; I can virtually guarantee it. I changed my color in June and later received word from my dealer (who had received information directly from SoA) that my car was expected in January 2013. That's why I cancelled my order and picked up a BRZ elsewhere.

Could that be based off of your location and the car you ordered? I ordered a Limited SWP (which seems to be pretty popular among the BRZs). I know people have been on waiting lists for a long time but I have read a few stories where the car shoes up sooner than expected...which I hope will happen with mine *fingers crossed*

I think if you order anything this late you're shoved to the back of the production queue. I'd be very surprised if you got your car this year.
