By request, Fujitsubo has updated this front pipe to include a wideband O2 sensor bung.

Hmm. O2 bung pre-cat? What for? If it were after 2nd cat, then it might work as O2 spacer reducing CEL chances, but why weld bung before it?

double resonator. Plus, this is meant more for wideband tuning than anything else. Without some type of O2 extension cable, you can't get any of the factory sensors this far back anyhow. |

I just recall (IIRC) Apexi cylinder back exhaust with catless header + o2 extention cable + bung after 2ndary cat in frontpipe, hence thought if bung addition on this was intended for similar reasons.

Their O2 is before the primary cat, which is now located in the secondary cat location on the front pipe. The Fujitsubo front pipe is just straight through design with resonators. I had suggested to them that adding wideband O2 bung would make the front pipe a better investment for buyers, since not all headers on the market have wideband O2 sensor bung. -alex |

@Mr.Impreza - not in stock at FR Sport. I'll email Cusco, but it sure seems like a hassle to get one of these. Hopefully worth it.

Yes you can drill a bigger hole there yourself.. but for a "high end" brand, this is an unacceptable oversight. |

The pipe is 'stock-quiet', as advertised! I noticed a welcomed change in the tone of my exhaust too. But without the noise! |

My mid pipe flange was too thick to use with the stock hardware. If anyone else runs into this problem with the front pipe head to advanced auto and buy part #03143, that should fit.
