Do you have the p3cars gauge with an along boost sensor? Mine was showing 20 psi and I said wtf, looked into it and realized there is a calibration you have to run through.

You won't be able to get a drill back there anyway so you would have to take the supercharger out - so even then just unbolt the back elbow and simply unscrew that thing out. Unless that bolt is cross threaded theres no way it should not come out easy.

Innovate sent me a huge bag of bolts when I bought my intercooler kit. I wonder if they want you replacing them in the event of having to remove the originals.

Edit: Nick just saw that you had a shop replace your blower. I can bet you they didn't torque those down with a torque wrench lol. Either way they seem to break easy. Call Innovate and tell them you had a bolt break, they should send you new ones. If not hit me up and i'll send you a few.

Everyone says their customer service sucks but every time I've called they have been super helpful and sent me out whatever I needed.
I'll send Innovate a email in the morning. Thanks!!! I believe they torqued them down and this one prob had the head twist and the tech just left it... Then after a year the head simply broke off under vibration/heat is my assumption. The shop says "you work on your own car" yada yada yada. They offered to fix it if I bring in the blower..... But i'm just going to do it myself. Hopefully by just twisting the elbow it will come un-done!

Cheers

I had the head snap similar to yours yesterday - had to completely unbolt the back elbow to and use it to back out the bolt - thankfully I had the manifold completely off the car. Good luck! I would recommend getting new bolts from either innovate, or sourcing them yourself and not reusing them once you get the elbow off though.

Got some remote time with @DeliciousTuning, to dial in new revision.
Latest revision is Unbelievable, smooth and super power.
Here is dyno chart comparing previous tune to latest revision.

This is different from 8.58?

One last question and I'll leave you guys alone until I have a kit here...

How is the 6AT holding up with this?
I'm looking at the intercooled State 2 Complete and would be adding UEL headers, overpipe and cat-back.
Use would be mostly daily plus occasional track time.

Thanks!

I have the stage 1 innovate supercharger setup. First off, I like the pull and have faith in my tuner, however I have some issues with my tune that I would like to find out if it is a typical effect of this particular kit.

I have a low end wall I hit just below 3k rpm in any gear that I have been told by my tuner is due to my lack of intercooler. I have not seen anyone else post about this with the stage 1 kit, so is this normal? litterally the car will be accelerating smoothly, then it will bog a little and then take off. It is frustrating because the car does not accelerate smoothly the way I expected the SC to or remotel close to the way it did stock.

I have another issue. I can no longer accelerate the same way I used to be able to in sixth gear. I would like to be able to. Literally the car bogs alot.

also my 6th gear cruise control is ony getting me 28mpg

My tune has come a long way both on and off the dyno but I feel like it is just not hitting the mark. Does anyone else have these issues with the stage 1 kit? I am trying to determine if it is the kit or the tune just isnt there yet?

I am on 93 octane, have the stock pulley, and I am running an innovate lc1 that I am logging through my ecu via the second 02 sensor input, on ecutek.

Thanks in advance.

I just upgraded to the innercooler setup, ran the the stg1 setup for about two months and I can say my very first tunes had a little of what you were describing but after a revision it was cleaned up. Who is your tuner?
