A local guy wanted to do a photo shoot with my car today. I'll post pics when he's done with them!

Took the BRZ out today to check out the new exhaust. Almost shit myself when the rear end started going sideways in 3rd on dry pavement. Whoever here drives their FT86 in the winter has huge balls. This things going back into hibernation.

^ nope, the stock tires cant grip snow or a millimeters patch of ice. FWIW this car actually handles pretty good in the snow even with the stock tires, just bad traction.

Yeah when I put my continental extremecontact dws' on my gram lights I now have great traction on cold pavement, ice, snow. I haven't driven through deep snow but I love these tires for the colder climate. I can't even break the tires loose in first gear at full throttle going straight or on turns.

I have been surviving so far with General Altimax Arctics. I can feel the car start to slip now and then but have been able to quickly bring it under control.

We are clearly keeping good company.
Was looking on this forum for fellow MN frs/brz drivers and stumbled on to this conversation. I am the owner of that blue frs! I was at AT up at Ripley during that time! Kinda funny that I stumbled on to this. If you guys ever want to get together for a summer ride count me in!

So here's a funny thing I saw today in Burnsville. I noticed an Argento FR-S coming at me on the other side of a stoplight turning the same way as me, with Spyder headlights. As he got closer I noticed the Papa Johns car-hat thing! Seems to me like an odd pizza delivery car, but if it works, it works, I guess.
