Any reason why the Tarmac series doesn't come up KW top hat like the SS2?

Totally worth the price for the rear bump travel!
Say I wanted to get this but with the more mild springs of the SS1...would that be possible? Or perhaps the SS1 with an upcharge for the rear mounts? |

I know these are listed for the 2022+ technically, but can you confirm exact fitment for the 2013-2027 first gens?
