Thanks. Would be nice to mention in the instructions... what about the torque specs?

Yes, I did. I'm not one to just blindly ask questions without first searching for the answer. Your first answer was not very clearly verified or responded to by anyone else. Hence my concern with if the rectangular washer was needed. Same goes for the answer to my second question. The 106 ft lbs answer is the third torque spec I've seen for the whiteline camber bolts and again, I didn't see the answer clearly verified by anyone. Why is the correct torque spec different from the two other specs that I received with the product? No need to act rude. Like 'oh SEARCH!! I never would have thought of that myself!!' I was just installing the bolt myself. Wanted to save a few bucks. Turns out the shop I go to didn't have the correct tool to do the alignment. Something about needing an angled socket. So I gotta wait until they get that tool. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

When I do decide to actually get lowering springs and go for alignment, I'll most likely visit Chase Race since I very much enjoyed my time when I got my tires installed. Doesn't hurt to have more choices though. |

Yeah I didn't really shop around. I just go to Les Schwab on Lake City for any suspension or wheel/tire work. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Just to make this clear since it was a little confusing seeing all the different torque specs being thrown around. The camber bolt is supposed to be at 113 Nm /83 ft lbs according to the Whiteline instructions and the factory one below is at 155 Nm/114 ft lbs.
At least that is what the directions read that came in the Whiteline set I just ordered a week or so ago and installed. Last edited by Impureclient; 04-30-2017 at 07:05 PM. |
