If you are obsessed with wheel weights like me I can recommend this web page.
http://www.wheelweights.net/ There is an excel sheet under the 'Wheel weights list' button.

not very accurate ..as there are now WAY MORE wheels available...might have been back in 2006....Good Reference tho...
