Most of my driving, to be honest, has been city driving back and forth to/from work. There was occasionally a slight noise that I'd been unsure about, but it presented itself hugely while on a trip out of state to meet up with a bunch of other Cosworths. Someone there confirmed the noise as knock, so I've been taking it easy so I can get home without issue. Matt, this presented itself even more while running on the 93 octane tune with 93. I've switched down to the 91 tune, and it's manageable, though it's knocking really easily under average driving for a BRZ. Any suggestions, or would you be able to help adjust the tune?

I'm not getting knock anymore. Matt dialed back on the timing some, and that seems to have fixed it. I run 93 octane Exxon without any problems. Shell seemed to knock a little for me.

I’m having a really hard time finding a replacement belt in stock in the US. Really making me have second thoughts about keeping this car around if finding something as simple as a drive belt is such a pain. Anyone have any idea where to look for replacements?

I don't recall having any issues finding one locally. I'm using the smaller pulley though. Is it out of stock online too?

Just wrapped up installing the cosworth supercharger on my personal car here at the shop. Tuning was done in house by myself on e85. Currently I am still running the OEM header and full exhaust but with the cats removed as the cosworth header I have here is cracked in multiple places. I plan on fixing the header here and then putting it back on the dyno to calibrate it accordingly and will post the back to back results when I do so.

Until then here are some pics and the dyno graph of the small pulley supercharger on e85.

Yes stock, but close the limits of what they can support safely.

Edit: the LPFP has been upgraded, however the DI and PI are stock

I reached stock lpfp limits just with std pulley on gasoline. If I do two wot pulls at 3rd I get low fuel pressure cel I am going to install dw65c, small pulley and dw450 PIs soon.
