I had an employee come to work mad one day. He had been ticketed for not stopping at a stop sign that was not there.
Went before a judge told the story, judge heard the story threw out the ticket and told the officer if he could fine him for stupid he could.
Officer said, every one knew there was supposed to be a stop sign there and just because it had been knocked down people should still stop.

Ok each heating panel is 13 ohms times two (series) 26 ohms. Two sets per side. 480 divided by 26 is about 18, times two sets (parallel) is 36. both sides come together at the relay so times two is 72 when cold, as they heat up usually the resistance increases.




Second part.
If the panels short then full voltage is through one panel instead of one half. if it opens (more normal) then only the total amps will drop, all other panels will still act as normal.

Close. Usually around 12.5-13.5. Amps varies 4.2-4.5 per panel.

Haven't had a chance to do any other checking.

When I replaced the catback last year not a single bolt was rusted on the thing. Despite being 5 years old with about 50k on it. I was simultaneously happy that it was so easy to get the stock exhaust off, and disappointed in myself for being such a wuss about driving the BRZ over winter.

Mostly the bar manager. The bartender had to text her again and tell her she didn't have enough money to pay me. She text back, "is it Sapphireho?" I guess I'm getting a reputation. I have $ 500 in tickets in my wallet and have to go back tomorrow to cash. Bummer.

Bartenders usually pay out on the down low, and I walk out with my new friends Terry and Steve, both ex cops. Great guys. I love talking with them.

In most states it's illegal not to have the cash on-hand.. bartender better be cute.

If I made a stink, the bar manager would come down and open the machines and pay me, but I know them all now, and they know me. I'm ok with coming back later. It's all good.
