Few more little things.

Perrin steering rack lockdowns. I'll be honest, I'm not sure if i felt a placebo or not with these. It would be much easier to tell on a stock car I would imagine. for $80 I can't complain though. I'll count it as an improvement.

However, the Radium master cylinder brace absolutely does as advertised. I immediately noticed a stiffer and more consistent pedal feel. If i could go back and do this mod first, I definitely would. Made learning heel-toe much easier.

BC racing BR Extreme low coilovers installed (8k/8k)

I must say I like these far more than the Ksports. Car is just stiff enough to avoid rubbing tire while not being uncomfortable. Handles well, though many people like to bash BC here I've noticed. i got it aligned at -3.7 F and -3 R, with 0 toe front and oem spec in the rear as it's all natural camber back there.

Stancenation Florida show 2017. First year the show came to Florida and I got accepted. Pretty stoked to be a part of it. I had a great time exploring West Palm Beach as well.

Took the clutch helper spring out. Was surprised at how much a difference it made in pedal feel. Makes the clutch feel more like a traditional clutch, if that makes any sense.

Hanger welds on the R400 started to break left and right. Apparently it's a pretty common issue with that catback. Luckily I know a welder.

Switched up front lips for something a little more unique.

JDP Engineering carbon lip. Fit and finish is great, and I think I've only come across 3-4 members who have this. Well, who have it and posted about it anyway.

The notorious spark plug change.
Did them at 65k.
Honestly wasn't bad as I followed a DIY on here.
You only really need a magnet, some swivel extensions, a 3/8 ratchet or smaller, and a socket set with a deep 14mm.
Didn't raise the engine.

This was a headache of mine for quite some time.

I fried cylinder 1's coil pack and got p0351 one day.

I knew I should've replaced it right away, but since the car drove the same and the code went away I didn't bother.

MISTAKE

So finally one day the car starts to misfire when tipping into throttle at about 4k rpm, then clears up around 4500.

Took a data log, and sure enough I was about a full point lean consistently on throttle. Misfire was isolated to cylinder 1.

So I read through the forum and thought "hey, it must be DI seals". What I didn't know at the time was that 9 times out of 10 it's too late to just replace the seals and you've damaged the injector.

I replaced injector 1, not thinking to do the whole set mainly due to inexperience. I'm a hobbyist, and I've only really ever installed bolt on modifications. I'll fully admit that.

I should've done the whole set then and there, but I didn't. Car runs great on 93, no lean AFR, etc. Put in e85 and the misfire comes back, this time in cylinder 3.

Replaced the entire set of DI, and the car runs stronger than it ever has.

As much of a pain as this experience was, I learned a lot. Can't be too unhappy with knowledge gained.

Once the car was running right again, I got a $40 silicone intake tube and got to get rid of all of the unnecessary sound pipes routed to the cabin. Paired it with an HKS dry filter, and I can honestly say I felt a slight difference. Nothing drastic, but the car feels like it's healthier.
