Yeah, you should be good with all that.

there was a pretty contentious thread somewhere in here about that. ive had mine without rings/spacers for 2 years now with a decent amount of aggressive driving and a few lead/follow track laps - as i understand our lugnuts thread everything into position without needing them.

At least the lip kit will take the beating instead of your bumper itself

Perrin 2.5" Catback Resonated exhaust installed.... took me 3 hours. I'd never done an exhaust before, and fine tuning the position of the tips took me forever. Kind of worried, the mid-pipe to front pipe bolts are supposed to be torqued to 25 ft-lb but my torque wrench wouldn't fit so I had to try and get it done by hand... we'll see what happens when I fire it up in the morning.

You should have watched my videos to get an idea of the process first

I wouldn't worry about the torque. I've swapped exhausts around probably half a dozen times on my 2017 BRZ, never once torqued anything. Just make sure it is solid tight.

Some times I regret painting over the OEM sterling silver. It's such a beautiful color subtle color. Sigh....

I like to think of it as "Stealthy"... it literally flies under the radar! Zero unwanted law enforcement type attention. (knock on wood!)
