CANADA OFT tune help!!

Just wondering i picked up a catted ft86sp catted header and i live up in canada where our gas isnt so great.

Im pretty new to tuning so if i were to use the stage 2 tune for the catted header that OFT supplies will it damage of effect my car for the long term since this tune is for the US gasoline.
I have no other engine mods except the catted header and will most likely just stick with that i just want the proper tune to have an easy mind and enjoy the car.

I typically run Cheveron 94 here in vancouver is there any other tune i could get that would be efficient for my situation?

The summer gas is fine. Winter gas is a cold weather blend. Don't know about it because I don't drive my car in the winter.
