I did the same thing as I believe @humfrz did when I got my license. I gave up my motorcycle endorsment. I haven't been on a bike in 26 years, and don't plan on it ever again.

Happy Birthday to me!

I get to go see my new cardiologist today, fun!

We can see that your heart really isn't into it.

You know how it is. Always a coin toss with a new doc. My cardiologist in SJ is the best doctor I ever met, hated to give that up.

I don't think my doctor would even recognize me.

I wish. Cardiologist once a year, hand surgery every 3 to 5.

I dread seeing mine this summer. Handshake agreement to get down to 290 lbs. Failed miserably.

Wanna make a bet over weight loss? We can include clauses for maintaining the loss. Has to be an amount of money that is significant, like a few thousand, to motivate us. Also the losses have to appropriate/healthy for each of us. Partial payouts or no payouts depending on competing levels of success or failure. I lost a lot then gained quite a bit back. I need some extra oomph to motivate me.

You didn't look like you needed to lose any weight last year.

Yep, he/she will do an EKG - just to set their own baseline.

Then he/she will tell you to:

Eat less fatty foods, get more exercise, drink more water, mind your high blood pressure and quit stressing - the move is over -

An EKG is always fun seeing the panic look on the tech's face. I have an abnormal EKG that looks like I'm a couple hours past a heart attack.
