Lol its funny how some people act as if these supercars aren't good enough for them because they aren't "drivers cars".

Don't get me wrong I love my FRS, but if someone said I'll trade you my Pagani Zonda or Huayra for it, id do it in a heart beat!

Yeah, I had them do the pwr steering recall, as far as repairs and maint, I pretty much do it all myself. My buddy has a shop in Norcross so I use his lift when needed. Yeah it's E-Gear. Only way to drive one of these!

The car that will replace my fr-s(if I even decide to get rid of it) will be either a NSX or Cayman S . But who knows I still need to buy a truck , house, etc...

Did you see the Miura concept from a few years ago? I was hoping Lamborghini would produce that, but they've been stuck in their futuristic rocket ship phase for a while now.

I tend to skip the super car articles and reviews. If I were making 500k a year, I'd just invest more and do more to the house. I think I'll be getting a used GTI, Civic SI, E90 328i, or the like to carry the kids as they grow. That would allow me to sell the frs and get a Vette or Cayman. I think I'd rather keep the frs for the street then get a serious track toy like a DP2. Piss all over a Ferrari with one of those.

That statement is true, but within that group is a subset who will be able to afford a Ferrari / Lambo.

My hypothesis is that subset will be more inclined to want a Ferrari or Lambo than the current owners of GTIs or whatever, who will want AMG Mercs or big M cars.

I think lovers of low sports cars differ from folks who want a big black sedan.

As my user name implies, I have a Dino 246 and Pantera. I actually got the FRS because it reminds me so much of the Dino-- all curves, low, small and nimble. Perfect for a canyon road.

If I had six figures to drop on a specialty car, I'd be going a completely difference direction:

Rally Fighter!

I thought your name was Dinosaur Pants.

Car lovers come in all types. My preferences may change in the future. I'm not especially concerned.

Looks like the one in the video could use a smidge more rebound damping in the back.

Drifting is easy when it's done by computer animation.

My dream cars are the Lotus Elise, the Lamborghini Gallardo (which I consider one of the most beautiful cars designed in my time, although the Aventador and Huracan are just as stunning), and an older 911. I'd love to fix up and restomod an old 911. The GT40 is also way up there, as a kit car.

So far, I've driven a Gallardo and an Elise... never been inside a 911.
