@#$# Birds!
Argh!
Went out at lunch today to show someone the car. Some bird had initiated the right front fender right above the 86 logo! It was an aerial attack as I wasn't parked under anything where it could have been perched above. All cleaned off but man, I mean really? Another first for an FR-S in Georgia I guess. Told my wife I was going to need a new gun. |

Beautiful! I'm expecting mine later this week. It should have been here last weekend but was delayed. Dealer said they would be giving me something special as compensation.

Get a bottle of detailer and some towels. I keep a set in my bmw for the bird poop occasions. I was hit by a whole tree's worth of birds in one time. The entire car was covered in it.

I would think it was only the tires if you hadn't admitted to "giving it a little throttle in the corners." I'd even hazard to guess that it was a mixture of too much throttle on cheap tires.
That's really interesting that the back end would be so squirrely. All my cars had to be pushed(half throttle) to even think of deviating during torrential rains. |

I'm chalking it up to new tires and new driver at this point. One of the first things they teach you in flight school is being able to admit possible pilot error! I'm enjoying the hell out of this car! |
