Make sure you remember the break-in is a 1000 miles not 1000 km. That's actually 1609 km for the break-in period where you have to avoid constant throttle positions, and everything else.

No offense taken! I do drive very much like a granny -- I cruise at 90 km/h on the highway. Keeps more gas money in my wallet, and gives the other drivers a nice long look at my car as they go by

It just hit me -- I never expected to be forum chatting with South Africans when I walked into my local Scion dealer for my first test drive. What a small world we do now live in.
