Look into JDL V2 with GTX2867R or GTX2860R

DW700cc or ID1050x injectors
DW300 or WalBro 485 fuel pump
E85 flex fuel kit

Pick a tuner between Delicious or Moto East, but since you're in florida check out James from HRI.

All that should put you where you wanna be. I didn't include the exhaust parts you'll probably buy that before you buy the turbo parts.

Cool...I'll be replacing the clutch so not too worried about that.

Is this all i would need to run E85?

Nice!

As far as your flex fuel the most popular ones here that I also know work are Delicious Tuning and Moto East. Can't go wrong with either or, both have solid reputations here

Yes you'll definitely need a ECUTek tune.

As far as the turbo goes, I would highly reccoment the GT28 series. I have a GT2860R on the way and have driven multiple cars with EFR or other GT series turbos. GT2860R has a very quick spool, full boost (9psi) by 3300rpm on the JDL kit.

It's almost impossible to hit 350whp on pump gas without building it due to the high compression of our engines.

Interested in this thread.

Just ordered a tS that will be here in April.

Ordered a tS because the only aftermarket mod I want to make (if possible) is adding a turbo.

I'm not looking for pushing any limits just a nice 250+ whp and daily driver reliable.

I have the 17 Performance Package BRZ which is extremely similar to the tS without the wing. You will not be dissapointed. You can feel the differences even from previous model years. I see you're in Texas, if you're in Dallas come out to our 86 club meets.

Looking forward to being in a BRZ.

I'm in Fort Worth and certainly close enough to drive over to Dallas for a meet!

If your looking for bolt on kits, the AVO Turbo Kit, and the Edelbrock Supercharger kit have already been proven to be the best kits all around especially for reliability. If your willing to make the trip, I recommend going to Drift Office to get tuned, their known as the 86 platform gurus on the west coast of North America.

Works "stage 2" Turbo Kit. 230+ WHP/ 210+ WTQ on 91 Octane with the CARB tune. You could definitely make more using another tune.

Its pretty much a turn key kit with OEM-like build quality and CARB certification so you know you're running clean and legal in whatever state it's driven in. Costs a bit more for less power, but the trade off for the above may be worth it depending on your needs.

You want cheaper and more power?

There are probably more SBD Turbo kits in the wild than any other. Now we all know it's a knock off, but still SBD Chris has managed a solid reputation for service and communication that have ended up making this a highly touted choice (go-figure).

Other than that, you know what to do...

Does anybody know if that Full Blown intercooler kit is straight bolt on without any modifications like cutting the crash beam or whatever. The price seems a bit steep so I was thinking i can go a cheaper route but i would also like an easy install. I was hoping I could piece one together for under $500.

Im already $2000 in with the turbo and turbo manifold. Plus about $1600 for the Ecutek and flex fuel kit. Would like to keep it around $5000 to get all this done.

Also im not gonna tap the stock oil pan so I'm assuming i need a pre drilled one?

Don't forget at least a pcv side catch can and depending on your driving, an oil cooler. Be sure you've also got nice tires (200tw probably would be best) to put the power down.

You don't - have to - get ecutek. Openflash is a great solution, BRZEDIT is a much less talked about solution. I find brzedit to be a great tool if you have a dyno tuner or you tune yourself. Openflash is certainly something to look into. Be wary that brzedit has almost no support here though.

As others have said, the sbd kit now comes with a 3076r CHRA equivalent, billet wheel for transient response, and with a great tune and E85 you'd see your goals.

At least get some upgraded brake pads while you're at it. Factory brakes are good, do not have staying power for these power levels.

**EDIT**
JDL has a no crash bar cut option. You can also get a drift armor crash bar and not worry about it at all.
