With out quoting anyone's reply (So no one take it personal and get sensitive on me).

From reading all your reply's it's obvious that most of you if not all except one or two that actually can answer.
Instead of them answering. One of them took this hole thread down with his first amateur reply.

Obvious my question is straight forward. That's why it took all of you (let me call you expert advisers) of Gard. This is why I got all this funny ,rude , and humiliation reply's.

I was simply asking the end user a simple straight forward question. and again none of you are.

If i wanted an advice i would ask my question in a different way.

I'm sorry to all of you who want to help. i can not change my question to suite your answer.

Haha okay good, I got worried for a second! For some real advise I would go pick up a set of ohlins and get them valved to your own specs for what you want to do as well as a custom spring rates to match. For camber start with -3 front and -2 rear and adjust to suit your track/driving style.

He or she doesn't want advice. He or she came do conduct a survey of the model of shock/spring used on fully race prepped zn6/zc6 chassis.

He or she didn't make that clear enough in the OP, so that's why this thread ended up this way.

Crap, I have an interior in my car. No race car advise from me. Its left in for classing/event rules and lets the BRZ stay in much more competive classing vs playing with race prepper corvettes, vipers, evos....

Myc "polling result" on this topic:

No race team will ever, share their information with you, freely, unless you are paying them for their expertise (paying them to build you the car).

I don't work for free. Do you?

Outside of the spec series, there are only a handful of twins actually being raced, in the world.

Quite frankly, your attitude only tells me that you most likely cannot afford what you think you want.

Yeah I'm out. I tried to help.

Emails don't come to me directly, but I have a few guesses as to why you didn't get a response from Larry or Myles.

What's your problem? Didn't you say you are out of this thread? You just don't know when is enough, and when to stop?

I read most of your reply's on this forum. You are lucky I'm not a mod here. You really need to take your attitude in this forum a knot or two down. (I think the adrenaline is taking over your reply's).

As to your reply.
If you don't share others do share and for "free". Thank God we all are not created equal. and by the way I can afford you and your hole team.
There is also other members do share suspension and racing setup's.

One of the racing team that did share with me a lot of detailed information is your supplier @AceHeader-MT (and for free) He even want me to try and come back to him with result to further assist me. Without asking for anything, and if i needed anything more i would fly him and pay him for his work. This is how wise and professional company's advertise for them self.

I really don't want you to give me a free information. you could of easily ask for it either here or better in a privet massage. and i will pay if it's the info that I'm looking for. All what I'm asking for is a Brand and a model number? Or if it was a custom part? you can go into details if you want.
how much will this cost me?

I would really like you to not reply to any of my threads or posts in the future.

Thank you

If your answer is no to any of these questions. please move on to the next thread.

If your answer to both these questions is yes.

you are eligible to answer the following two question.

What coilover do you have on your car, sorry "race car" (what brand, and part number if available)?

What is the maximum negative camber you can put on "your" race car?

Thank you
I'll take the bait here, don't worry... you can call me out for not owning a stripped out race car.

1) If you're actually serious about wanting opinions, there are TONS of them online if you actually searched. Penske and JRZ both make high end motorsports coilovers for this platform, hope you've got $8-$13k ready for them. High end motorsports parts are good regardless of platform, you don't need an FRS/BRZ/GT86 specific opinion to know Penske shocks are great. If you're more budget conscious, look at RCE T2's or T3's, Tein SRC's, etc. They'll be a compromise, but they're still quite good (and have warranties).

2) Anyone claiming to be as serious as you would be contacting a supplier or manufacturer to have a set custom sprung/valved to your needs, not asking for off the shelf stuff on a forum.

3) Maximum camber you can get varies on so many variables. But again, if you're actually this serious you would know that camber should be set to maximize grip (based on pyrometer readings), and not by some arbitrary number someone on a forum told you. It's also going to vary track to track, and even side to side on some tracks.

You come in asking for impossible answers with no details, then get dismissive when very helpful people try to help with exactly zero information. Don't blame others because no one can help you with an impossible question, blame yourself for not providing any information that is absolutely needed to get you a reasonable answer.

I just contacted Quantum and JRZ by email. They answered very quickly and accurately with pics, documentation and prices.

The guys at Quantum even took the time to talk about the platform and other companies suspensions.

If you ask the right questions, suspensions people are usually very helpful. You should just ask the major players.

In my case the European manufacturers, for obvious local support needs.
