Edelbrock SC Map sensor help

So I've finished the install of the blower but I'm having an issue with map sensor it seems. Atmos is reading right around 1 bar but the map is saying 2.5 bar with the car on but not running which is obviously causing issues. I've checked it with the Edelbrock harness and the dbox harness and they read with different numbers but only by a free tenths. Delicious overnighted me a new sensor and complete dbox but still it persists. I've checked all my engine and ECM grounds, checks connections. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
