With the EBC yellow pads I don't feel that the brakes and braking distance are negatively affected by the change in bias. The intrusion of the nannies during prolonged high yaw events is far worse. It's certainly a driving style thing that induces it.

So I figured that I needed extra money for my mods. But being buried in Student Loans. I am limited on what I can work on for now.

So I decided I wanted to to Lyft where you drive people around. I figured I live next to two of the busiest downtown (Royal Oak and Ferndale) in metro Detroit it might be plausible. I signed up and everything and another Lyft driver already contacted me to inspect my vehicle.

As it turns out though, our cars cant qualify because of 2 doors. I understand id be limited on number of fares but i figured once they see our cars, they'd want to keep picking me to drive them but I did all the work and preparation and just to be turned down.

Bummer. I'd use my other car but its lease and my milages are close to my quota every month.

Just a little story for you guys haha.

Anyone plan on heading down to Toledo for the NWOR SCCA AutoX this weekend? Looks like there are nine twins are signed up right now, four of them from MI. Would be cool to caravan down there Sunday morning.

Here's a link to the event:http://www.myautoevents.com/pls/mae/...event_id=14635

Yeah I have a stoptech upgrade kit and I run slicks at the track. I also do not trail break at all in the corners. It's just how I drive I only accelerate and break in straight lines. For me the pedal dance makes no difference except making my break zones longer also I have found that over about 80 mph is doesn't matter if you have held both buttons in or not the stability control will kick in. So if you are going to break 80mph I then would do the pedal dance.

Tune up event for back to the bricks is in Davison tomorrow right around the corner from my house and then another even is happening less than a mile away. If anyone plans on making it up to this let me know. I'll be getting there around 6pm. Also this is the alternative to seeing the cars without going into down town flint.

I could probably use more solstice practice... I haven't registered yet and haven't breached the subject yet with my wife, so I'd say doubtful at this point but who knows.

So I got a small magazine from Subaru and of course first thing I did was look for an article about BRZs.

Notice anything wrong?

I really wish we had that in the first place.

Saw a white FRS cruising down woodward about 3:15 today, had the plate MYGT86. What exhaust are you running? I was driving the red E30 you liked.

Ohhh I had never heard of that, I thought you meant just driving in some certain manner

Tried it today, that's crazy how that works.

Didn't go hardcore enough to test if it stopped all ABS from interfering.

I was surprised when I couldn't turn it off without turning off the car.
