I'm on 33rd days too. I thought you got yours replaced earlier than I did.
I put 1300 miles, 92 octane Chevron, temperature is low 80s during the day.
Still no chirp.

It's an acknowledged problem. If the company had just declared it a normal operating condition and never issued a TSB, I'd agree with you.

Edit: If you read the requirements of FL Lemon Law which I posted, it never says that the car has to be out of commission. Ever.

if it totals up to 30 days then its a lemon law.

Scheduled to get my TSB done on Thursday. I will post up the outcome when I get some miles on the new setup.

Do you normally use Shell V-Power? Notice any difference, other than chirping, with
American gas? I'm curious if you get a noticeable drop in mileage, or power. I almost want to go on a road trip just to try some pure 93 octane.

A real "Mickey Mouse" fix for the chirp (in just 10 minutes)

We've got 93 octane all over Austin, TX. Costco, Sams, Shell, Chevron, take your pick, it's most likely 93 until you start going to the smaller cities.

Still doesn't mean there's no ethanol.

I'd really like to fill my tank with e0 but driving 35 miles to get it turns me away from doing it.

I guess that is true, I have no 93 octane but I do have no ethanol at 3 stations in town. Lucky for me, one is on the way home from work.

My pump was replaced with the new revised version a week ago. The chirps were gone at first and are now slowly coming back. By that I mean, they are there but not as loud.
