So many choices, so many different ways to spend money...

I had KW V3 w/ Raceseng Camber plates and rear top hats prior to parting out my car and enjoyed them on the track for their flexibility and range of adjustments, but for street use I found them especially noisy with the spherical bearings in the top mounts. You felt everything on the road and large potholes made you pull over in fear thinking your strut was coming through the hood. The build quality and reliability of KW's are much better than anything made in China, Taiwan, Korea, etc. but you get what you pay for.

After successfully parting out my car and not actually selling it I decided to buy parts for it again - This time I decided to go with Tein Control Master Flex (Made in Japan) and honestly I prefer them on the street to the KW's. They also came with top mounts with spherical bearings and a rubber bellows dust shield (KW hard plastic that always cracks) but soak up the bumps and potholes with a more linear feel and less noise. Their "one twist" adjustment for dampening and rebound is idiot proof and with adjustable spring perch and strut/shock body mounts allows for a fair amount of adjustment. HOWEVER they offer "reasonable" track performance but the KW's are superior here to the Tein.

In closing the KW V3 ran me $2700US vs. the Teins at $1350US - Literally half the money and honestly you can't beat Tein for the money in my opinion.

This thread is worthless without specific settings. These are the settings I've been using on my KW V3s for the past 8 months and they are just as comfy as an oem setup while still being ~1.5" lower and providing less roll in corners:

These work great as a daily driver. Obviously you'll feel it a bit more if you hit potholes or speedbumps at speed, but in normal cruising on highway and around town, it's the comfiest aftermarket suspension setup I've ever driven. It's a little soft for track use but by no means bad. Thanks to Racecomp Engineering for giving me these settings back when I initially complained about my KWs.

Just as a heads up MCA blues are $1550 aud so under 1100 usd. Becomes extremely competitive even with shipping. Over here theres probably about 10-20% of cars max that don't run MCA's.
