The gains from this header + E85 are almost unreal. I've been tracking my top speed on a specific straight after a series of mods (stock --> OFT S1 tune --> UEL header/exhaust + OFT S2 tune), and gaining 5-6 mph by 90 mph is no easy task.

This header is a beast. The gains over the JDL header in particular are eye-opening, although I'll note there is an odd bump in the JDL blue trace.

Oddly enough, you and @sw20kosh are among the few people here who understand my theories on car balance. Go figure.

^ this thing looks even nicer with the bluing. Too bad the tack welds never seem to hold the emblems on for long.

@DarkSunrise @sw20kosh I'd love to view you guy's 3rd or 4th gear pull logs if possible if you already have some on datazap. Both pump and E85 with ignition advance and cam timings.

Serialized tags are now welded with more then tachs.

If you've had this issue let us know and we can send replacements.

The dog tags never made the list of function and performance...that, and we didn't know people would really be running the crap out of our headers.

Thanks to everyone who's using these for what they were designed to do

Sorry @solidONE I didn't mean to imply from my post that I was using the ACE header. I was purely commenting on sw20kosh's results. I've done similar track testing on my own setup (JDL UEL header), and I know how difficult it is to gain 5-6 mph over stock by 90 mph, and ~4 mph over JDL. That result is unbelievably good. I'm honestly blown away how strong his ACE header is running.

My concern would be seeing all that beautiful stainless steel corroding with the combination of road grime, rain and heat. I know it's stainless, but I have seen it happen plenty of times. Anyone getting these babies coated and if so how much is it running you?

Dat mid range really makes it shoot out of the slower corner exits. The on-ramp at Buttonwillow is a really tight 2nd gear corner leading to a decent sized straight where you can really exploit the amount of extra torque produced by these headers and E85. I think that's where he is taking those logs.

Please don't throw away your type-A jigs. I'm worried that those beautiful pre-production masterpieces will be gone by the time I'm able to buy one.
@CounterSpace Garage, you guys have a layaway program?

With the backorder we have, I think by the time you finish your payments, your header *might* be ready.
