-3.125" pulley
-DW (you tell me what size) injectors and pump
-PTuning water/methanol injection
-HKS header w/ catalyzer
-Perrin 2.5" header-back exhaust
-Perrin oil cooler
-Koyo radiator
-ECUtek and 93 octane tune at Kaizen Tuning
-P3Cars digital multi-function gauge

Anything I'm missing for good, safe numbers? E85 is not an option in my area I'll likely upgrade the clutch and driveshaft as well.
I have a V3 with 3.125" pulley, ecutek 93oct tune through Moto-Mike, DW65C fuel pump, Injectors (can't remember specs right now, but enough for E85 in the future), revworks header

With the 3.125" pulley/header, all I can say is that its a LOT of fun, installing the DW65c is NOT fun though heh

I would highly recommend adding a wideband gauge to the list. Especially since you will be upgrading your fuel system. I have the AEM failsafe gauge and it works great.

The vortech kit mates up to the stock snorkel, so you're already getting an effective CAI with it.

On phone I am. Therefore, if mistakes I make, Frank Oz blame you should.

I got back some numbers with a 91/E85 Flex Fuel tune from Delicious Tuning.
Extra Mods= DW700cc, DW65c Fuel Pump, Invidia catless front pipe and N1
Stock headers and overpipe

91oct Tune= 242whp (~280whp on another Dynojet that he tunes on)
E85 tune= 284whp (~320whp on the Dynojet)

So I'm thinking headers, overpipe and smaller pulley can probably get close to 400whp on E85

Its entirely possible you got a bad unit or one with damaged seals, they are very simple machines....

What other problems have you been having?

What pulley size are you running... 3.48 or 3.12? Besides the injector n pump upgrades... you also running a flex fuel sensor?

Good numbers btw...

Going to be testing their tune on the stock Vortech setup, how do you like it so far? What tuner did you have before?

I'm running the 3.48 pulley. I live in SoCal. E85 is scarce, so I got the flex fuel sensor from moto east.

Heyyy @Brian@Vortech,

I'm heavily considering purchasing a kit in the next two weeks, and I just have some questions. Sorry if it's been covered already, but other than increased durability for extended operation, what (if any) are some other benefits to the V-2 blower vs. the V-3? My car is primarily street driven so it should only see short bursts of power here and there, but I am looking to get the highest peak numbers on 93 octane with water/meth injection (if necessary) and a ~3" pulley. I hope to take the car to a couple lapping days and maybe a hillclimb, where I can actually use the power. For all intents and purposes, can the V-3 produce the same power as the V-2 or no?

Second/third, where does the oil feed for the s/c source from? I read that the return was at the valve cover but not where the feed was. Is it OK to run 0W20 OE spec synthetic or should I be looking at something heavier? Thanks!

The V2 is going to add increased strain onto your engine oil, as it will get its lubrication from the engine oil, whereas the V3 uses its own, so the V2 will add some increased strain onto your motor b/c of that. You'll have to have increased oil cooling capabilities if only for that (though obviously it won't be as big of an added load as say an oil-fed turbo).
