This is a duplicate from my Kraftwerks Owners Thread but what Bill did to my car today deserves it

Wow...all i can say is wow.

Just got back from getting a double dose of Infamous and Delicious work on the 86.
Mike and Todd @Infamous Performance installed my new Grams 550cc fuel injectors then Bill @DeliciousTuning went to work on the dyno.

Results:

314hp on the mustang dyno!
This equates to approximately 365hp dynojet equivalent

...on an automatic!

Here is the dyno of the very strong "Flash & Go" tune (no modification besides injector scaling) vs. the custom tuning that Bill did. He said the time he spent tuning will go into the next tune update so this should help all Delicious customers in the future

Notice how he smoothed out the dip down low and squeezed out another 20 ponies up top. Was cool to see him work his magic.

Here is a graph comparing a stock 86 (not mine) to the current state of my car.

Has anybody had an issue where the idle stays around 2k rpm when rolling in gear with the clutch in?

My old original F&G map does it a little, to just above 1000rpm which is probably some behaviour to fight stalling, and is totally fine. That behaviour has been wonky in every update I've had since then.

@DeliciousTuning Ever since my last tune update (thanks BTW) the cold start rpm's is around 2500 rpm. It's only there for a minute or so, but that's much higher than I remember my last tune being upon cold. I've waited this long to say anything as I thought the new tune may have just been relearning the air flow requirements to maintain idle. Is this normal, and/or will it correct itself with further time?

Since the new update I've found the throttle more responsive, even on the base map. This is much appreciated! But, I still find it takes a long time to raise rpms when the clutch is pressed. Honestly it feels as though the throttle switches to a different map as soon as I press the clutch in. I played with this a couple of times, I can have enough throttle applied to maintain highway speed, purposefully keep my right foot in the same position, press the clutch and the engine rpms barely raise at all. Even just raising rpms to accelerate from a stop 'spiritedly' seems to take almost as long as it did from the factory. Is there any way to safely allow for quicker throttle blips for rev matching? Is this a function of a part of the mapping (I think it's called anti-rocking)? Can that be switched off? I'm very happy with the base mapping of the throttle with the engine under load. I just wish the throttle would respond more like a car with a cable instead of a drive by wire system.

@nlowell Those are awesome numbers!! Any other power mods, exhaust, intake...?

I have this same problem. The car just refuses to rev when clutched in. You can even hear it in the exhaust like the car is stuttering and hardly reacting to the throttle input. Maybe it's why I'm getting popping? From my forcing the issue with my foot to rev match? Before I could stab the throttle, now I basically have to plant my foot and wait.

I've been waiting quite a while for a response from Bill (July 25th). I need my EVAP turned back on so my tune will pass inspection and would like some feedback on why throttle response is so poor, even with a super aggressive throttle map. I've got a map that is like an on off switch and it still feels like the car just doesn't react to what I'm telling it.

I'll get some logs and post them this weekend of what I'm talking about.

I have the same cold start, it is noticeably higher than the previous Stage 2 tune. I also noticed that the car responds better in the middle of the rpms with the new update. Helped with getting better times in AutoX was able to get second place out of 16 at my last event.

I have the same Issue. AVO turbo

Seems worse on the new update than with the old. I just flashed it yesterday so I'm hoping it gets better. Otherwise I'll end up flashing back to old tune. Only reason I changed was to try and get rid of that rev up. It just annoys me rolling to a light or my garage.

Hmmm...I'll have Bill resend it, but we definitely sent it last week. For some reason certain emails don't like getting mail from our end :/

Sincerely,
