That looks really silly on the front, where there's an indentation in the bumper for the badge. Removing it makes it look like your car was in an accident and you never finished the repair. Or that your car is so cheap the badge fell off. Either way looks cheap.

Nah. You can still see the ripple. That just makes it look like it was in an accident with the damage just painted over.

We're talking about someone who doesn't want to spend $55 on Toyota emblems. If he's desperate for people to not think he drives a Scion, he can just pull the badges for free. Will it look like crap? Maybe. Is that better than a Scion badge on his car? Only the OP can answer.

I also suggested an AM badge, so you can guess how serious I'm taking this thread.

I vote for Jag F type badging! Can almost pass for one if you squint just right!

It my opinion, the Scion emblem is better looking than the Toyota "cowboy hat" so I am not sure why you would bother to switch. No matter what, it still a Toyota Scion FR-S. You are not going to fool anyone.

I don't think it's really how it looks that is the question. It's people not wanting to associate with Scion. Because let's face it, Scion has a reputation for selling cheapshit cars to douchey drivers. The FR-S might do something to change that image, but it's difficult to overcome the damage already done, especially considering that most people still see this car and have no idea what it is.

If I had bought the FR-S instead of the BRZ, I probably would have rebadged it, then felt ashamed for caring what other people thought, but not ashamed enough associate with the Scion brand.
