This is my Brz, there are many like it but this one is mine.

Yoshoobaroo's 2013 WRB BRZ Limited M/T

Figured I'd start a 'build thread' even though the car will be staying mostly stock. I'll be running it occasionally in local C street autocross events and thus have to stay with stock wheel widths. I'm thinking if I don't stick with the stock wheels I'll throw on a set of gold 17"s to complement the WRB. Other than that a mild exhaust and ecu tune should do the trick.

The day I picked her up:

First night with her new roommate (wife's 335i):

Found a friend at work the next day :

First bath today!

Damn, them hips

Nice. I'm looking to stay "mostly" stock too but I'd be interested to see what direction you take the BRZ.

Time for an update!
I'm still in love with this little machine.
I finally got my plate on on Friday, and added a set of lovely JDM exhaust tips!

The plate has an 86 on it, which is completely by chance, it came off my E46 ZHP when I sold it.

Also took her autocrossing at Daytona last weekend.
SO. MUCH. FUN. This car just dances around your hips when you get a corner right!

Got some video footage with my phone. My technique needs work, I need to stay on the power longer and brake later and harder so I properly load up the front end. Next time I'll try the OEM camber bolts.

Gratz on you loving the car, but why sell the E46? :/ should just keep that one even if you don't drive it.

It made room for the E90 335i. The E46 wasn't my style of car. It wasn't light enough to be what the BRZ is (a lightweight true sports car) and not powerful enough to be what the 335i is (a typically german autobahn stormer) . It either needed to lose 500lbs or gain 100hp. I think both the BRZ and the 335i are better because they are more focused.

Ic, I guess I'm biased. Cuz E46 is like prefect medium for me.

Update time!

Got some OEM camber bolts up front and went to Daytona again in September, no more push up front, but now the rear needs more grip to put power down on corner exit.

That's where these should help: Hankook V12s on a set of TE37s:

Very excited to give these a whirl hunting cones. 😊
