Don't let your glove compartment eat your wallet

The original thread was based on me either losing or having my wallet taken. Moto pointed out to me today that there's a gap behind your glove box that leads to a hole behind your head unit. You can get most of your arm in there and during one of my laps my wallet flew into this hole. My wallet ended up way back there. I never would have known about it so now you guys know as well. Thanks to all those who asked around.

Did you leave your car unlocked?
Bro, that sucks. Hopefully someone comes forth.

Car was unlocked. I was roaming around a lot. I kept an eye on my car though so I didn't think I had anything to worry about. The only time I was really away from my car was while I was helping somebody with theirs. Hope it shows up.

If someone stole it from your car that's pretty low, and I expect much more of this group. Makes me feel embarrassed to own this car if that's true.

If you dropped it I hope someone found it and will return it.

Alright, I know the odds are long on this one, but I'd really like whoever has my wallet to do me a favor. Keep the $150 or whatever was in there. Keep the cards as a memento. I really just want my ID back and the wallet back would be a nice bonus too. Frankly I'd really like to avoid going to the DMV. I know you're probably not looking to do me any favors but who knows. I'll be at 86fest tomorrow and I'll be in the show. I'll have the dark grey BRZ (you probably know what it looks like) and it'll have Grimmspeed all across the front and back windows.

On a side note, that sideways shit is fun

Are you still on the track? My replacement wheels got worn off, I'm fetching some water here at Jack in the Box

No I left at 1230. I was afraid of abusing my car too much without any gauges in that heat.

I'm sure that every make and model of car known to man has been owned by a dishonest person. There's no reason our car would be any different.

Agreed. Everybody I met there seemed really nice and approachable. This has nothing to do with the car. Who knows, maybe I just dropped it.

No I get it. It may have been somebody who wasn't part of our group. I don't even know. Fingers crossed it shows up on my car tomorrow.

It may not be a FRS/BRZ owner man, I saw a lot of people watching from the sides.
