I had very small marks on the swaybar. Only heard it on certain turns and hard acceleration.

Yeah that's when I hear mine actually. What did you end up doing to resolve the issue?

Thank you for the link, that was a good read actually.

Thinking of taking it back to my exhaust shop and having him uninstall/install himself. Maybe he can see exactly what is hitting, work some different angles and get more clearance.

Motor mounts I guess would help, but I went aftermarket mounts on my Audi and the vibration increase was VERY noticeable. I commute the FR-S daily, and that doesn't sound comfortable.
