It's actually gouged down into the plastic unfortunately

I think a fill and paint would be the only true fix outside of replacing the bumper.

That fiberglass tray plays a role in holding up the long plastic piece that runs down the driver's side of the car, so you could lose that too without it. That's right, it's undertrays all they way down. =)

As for aero, because those trays are interlocking, it's all or nothing, and all is definitely better.
Ohhh...

Thanks for the advice Brent I'll definitely check out the rest of the underside. I'll call my dealership and see if I can get the tray replaced under warranty.

What do I need besides the oil filter and the oil itself? I saw some mention of a valve/drain plug? Gasket, o-ring?

You will want to replace the drain plug gasket too or it will seep. Sometimes you can get 2 uses out of one by flipping it over. Some of the filters come with a new one but you can buy them individually from toyota or subaru.

Thanks! Might I have luck going to the dealer tomorrow to buy one? I'll just order 5 or so from the Subaru parts dealer online if not.

Yes they usually have them in stock. They are like $1.50 or something.

I'm in south Tempe. I'd be happy to meet you somewhere and grab it. Where are you located?

Yes we are, been in the industry a long time in fact. Shame the forum ran away with a bunch of misinformation from a tuner with a bad rep. It's Airaid btw.
