Project Rekt - Salvaged BRZ track build

Seems these salvage rebuilds are becoming more popular as people wreck their cars, so heres mine.

I picked up my 2013 Limited BRZ in 02C/WRB with 18k miles on it back in September of 2014 after parting out my 2010 Twin Turbo 370z (part out paid for the car entirely ), cost was ~11k but that included some repairs. The car itself is from Massachusetts and I found kid rock CD in the in the cd player, if anyone knows the owner tell him thanks haha.

The good: Perfect interior, and engine runs great, all fluids looked completely fresh when changed, including trans and diff surprisingly. No air bags deployed.

The bad: No major frame damage, but did need a minor pull to front rail for drivers side fender to meet with headlight/bumper. Also needed driver side headlight, fender/fender bracket, driver side tail light, hood, front/rear bumpers and some rear quarter panel work.

I bought a used headlight, used rear bumper, used hood, new fender/bracket, new FRS front bumper and towed the car to my local body shop. For the time being I decided not to fix the rear 1/4 and not to paint the used hood yet, I basically fixed enough of the car that was necessary for New York salvage inspection (which is a huge pain in the ass).

Insurance photos from the accident:

I purchased the car with the glass replaced and some other minor repairs and the front clip put back together running:

And this is how the car sits now:

Current Mods:
Openflash header
Topspeed overpipe/front pipe
Random ebay catback (going to be replaced with a custom single exit)
Nonstop Tuning Pulleys
K&N drop in with ebay silicone intake tube
FT86SpeedFactory Stage2/e85 ecutek tunes
Perrin oil cooler
Mishimoto catch can (PCV)

Driveshaft shop carbon fiber driveshaft
Weir 4.56 Final Drive
2006 WRX 4pot/2pot calipers, stoptech pads/lines/fluids
Enkei RPF1 17x9 +35 with 235/45 Michelin Pilot SuperSports
Hotchkis springs
Whiteline camber bolts

Perrin shift bushing
Mtech shifter springs
Whiteline trans mount insert
Perrin motor mounts
Whiteline diff/subframe inserts
Topspeed diff brace, rear lateral brace and front control arm braces

Shorai 5lb Battery
Beastronix 86Nanny (pedal dance/ABS control)
Stripped interior (so far just rear)
Corbeau FX1 Pros with 5point harnesses and Cipher harness bar (proper cage eventually)
Toms taillights
JDM/Blue Series rear view mirror (frameless)
Velox Motorsport rear diffuser (not yet installed)

The plan right now is to stay NA and enjoy the car, as experience grows I'll work on the suspension and then possibly a supercharger down the line.

Love the BRZ headlights with the FRS bumper... COLOR MATCHED.

Truly a hybrid of our twins!

havent gotten a chance to weigh it yet but I've probably dropped ~125lbs, once I remove the carpet, headliner, airbags and do the single exit exhaust I'll be more interested in getting a weight

Just stumbled across this thread by dumb luck and wow... Very impressed with the work you put into this so far! Not everyday you see someone dedicated enough to bring a salvage back to life. Subbing
