I mocked up my Fbody ac compressor, Fbody accessories, and it fits with clearance with the CX header. I used the stock compressor fitting though. I'm not sure if aftermarket fittings will clear, but I think it will. Have no use for it yet but will eventually tackle that project.

By low you mean passenger side low mounted correct? Also this was mocked up with the factory fitting.

Yes. I looked and it seems you can only mount the AC on the passenger side, in the high or low position. Not even sure high would fit under our hood. Mine is factory mounted. I doubt an aftermarket mount would move it cuz then a different belt would be required. Though I suppose you could make one

but I actually just got the revised model from the CNC shop. The shop just got overbooked. I'll follow up soon.
