I too upgraded from a '09 Fit to a '18 BRZ. Like others have said, take your time to get to know the car before you rush into modifying it.

There is PLENTY of enjoyment to be had in stock form, especially since the BRZ is basically a supercar compared to the Fit

Fits are great! Have one for puttering in traffic, and it works perfect for that. Really good FWD momentum car as well, I'd love to take it to the track but it's not in the greatest shape.

The 86 definitely feels like a rocketship vs. the fit. Try not to forget that fact when the power itch kicks in.

OH and asking "what are the best coilovers/turbo/headers/etc does not count as determining what meets your needs..
That's kinda the route I wanted to go. I love the car as it is and honestly don't plan on doing performance mods (looking for a project car to go crazy on lol) Really considering just doing like wheels, an exhaust, and maybe a lip or something. It's pretty hard to make this car your own with simple cosmetic mods because nearly everything has been done, but hey it's something.

Perhaps when I'm more financially stable i'll look more into it but for now, I'll just enjoy the car for what it is

went right into mods right after the breakin period. Did light weight pulleys and intake filter and perrin tube. then went right into suspension I always jump straight to coilovers instead of springs. You have much more adjustability to set the height

Don't go changing, to try and please me
You never let me down before
Don't imagine you're too familiar
And I don't see you anymore

I would not leave you in times of trouble
We never could have come this far
I took the good times, I'll take the bad times
I'll take you just the way you are

Don't go trying some new fashion
Don't change the color of your hair
You always have my unspoken passion
Although I might not seem to care

I don't want clever conversation
I never want to work that hard
I just want someone that I can talk to
I want you just the way you are

I need to know that you will always be
The same old someone that I knew
What will it take till you believe in me
The way that I believe in you

I said I love you and that's forever
And this I promise from the heart
I could not love you any better
I love you just the way you are

I don't want clever conversation
I never want to work that hard
I just want someone that I can talk to
I want you just the way you are

don't get homie in trouble man. Get an axle back from nameless. That should do you some justice and also get a heavy shift knob and short shifter.

If you plan to run any events where your car is classed (like autocross or 86cup) don't mod till you are super familiar with the rules... Very easy to mod yourself into oblivion.
