My brother just picked up a '16 Mazda 6 sport as a family vehicle to replace his and his wife's recently flooded vehicles. Interior comfort and amenities are nice (much rather the seating position in the Mazda 6 over the FR-S [stock]). Power delivery from the motor is VERY nice too. The handling is...ehh..okay I guess, I was honestly expecting more from it though. Maybe I need to try it again with the traction systems off though... My FR-S has me spoiled....everything else sucks to drive in comparison.... LOL

Hopefully this one doesn't get flooded by this nasty tropical storm. The 3 or the 6 don't handle anything like the FR-S, but certainly isn't terrible from a comfort standpoint.

You still have your Mazda 3? I'm now in the market for the 3 hatchback, and since it's been out for 4-5 years, how's the engine/tranny holding up? There were some people complaining about carbon deposits on intake valves because it only has direct injection. Of course Mazda claims they've engineered this engine to prevent such build ups. I guess we'll never really know until people start taking off their intake manifold to look at the valves.
