I have a Q300 catback and I'm planning on running this header with the Invidia resonated midpipe and overpipe. |

With the stock overpipe and stock catted frontpipe, my car is almost quieter and the sound, which was quite good already with a resonated Milltek CBE, hasn't changed much. Edit: should give it some more time, I'm now starting to hear a more rumble note... Edit2: nope, rear seat was down. Seems one needs at least a HFC front pipe to unleash the burble...

What's the current ETA for new orders now? It was either this or the OFH, and it's starting to look like the OFH will take 3 months. I kind of always wanted this header more anyway.

I ordered mine on June 7th(63rd in line lol) and I was at number 18 in line 2 weeks ago. So I would say it would take at least 4 months, but I think its worth waiting.

My post is to share my header experience that conflicts with the header install video.
The video says the oil pan was heat wrapped and that it was left in place for the install but was not necessary. Daily driving showed no problems - HOWEVER - At the track my oil temps skyrocketed as high as 280 F ! I reached danger zone before one lap ! I think I NEED to wrap the oil pan. Thoughts ? CERBERUS |

Did you manage to get any laps in at all?
On another matter. What was that dish you suggest we try while in Portugal? |
