Too many tees, too much confusion. I am guessing your CEL has something to do with the fuel vapor vent vacuum hoses. I believe the Full Blown instructions have you tap into the brake booster line with a tee and run that hose over to the BOV where you put another tee and run one line to the BOV and one line to the wastegate. If you want to run more items that need a vacuum/boost source, then you are going to need yet another tee. That is why I like the vacuum manifold solution.

As for your Cusco can, the correct way to run it is to put a check valve in the vacuum line that comes of the back of the manifold and normally runs to the PCV valve. Then after the check valve run the hose to your Cusco can and then down to the PCV valve on the block.
