another coilover question

First off I want to express how much I don't want to make another coilover question thread, specially this kinda being my first post. I've been looking for about 2 weeks and haven't found the answer I'm looking for. That being said I'm looking to purchase a set of coilovers in the next day or two. This is for a DD maybe spirited driving on occasion. I'd like to stay around $1,000, has a camber adjustment plate and dampening adjustment. So0o with that being said, I've narrowed it down to the apexi n1s, the flex z(on backorder) and a set of BCs(tho i'm questioning the 8k rates). Honestly I'm kinda set on the APEXi but i'd like to hear if anyone's had any bad experiences with these before i spend the money. I'd appreciate a link to a review on the N1s if anyone finds one, the 86insider post doesn't count.

i had apexi n1 on my previous s2k. i loved it. i'm currently on st's for my frs now which i love too, but it reuses stock top hats, so no adj camber up top. it does have a slotted lower hole which maxed out at -2 deg on my car which is enough for me.

I was gonna buy Tein FLex Z,,but its on international back order.
So i suggest, Prime coilover by fortune auto, or fortune auto 500 series.

Thats good for 1000 range,,trust me,,i did alot of research over 1 month. I was confused like u.

I totally over looked prime, didn't know they we made by fortune, just thought they were some off brand. Now i have something ELSE to look into, man the PRIMEs are kinda sexy haha. STs were high on my list from everything i read but i really want that camber plate. thanks for the responses fellas

I would highly recommend looking into the prime's. I am on Fortune autos and was blown away with what they delivered at the price point so I can only imagine that they will do the same in the lower end segment too. Give fortune auto a call and talk to them and ask them question. Thats one of the reason I went with them is the support you get from them.

ST XTA, comes with camber adjustable topmounts. So far I am more than happy with mine! More about them in my build thread (link in my signature) and in this thread I started I posted a video too: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=100030

Don't go with Prime; they're kind of odd.
