yea I wouldn't touch XXR if track or autocross is something I have in mind

maybe for street and parking pimping if that's what you are into

I like the way XXR wheels look, but according to all the reviews, they say they are heavy, but I don't care, I wont track

I agree with this but I don't understand the logic in buying a nice sports car and throwing on rims that have worse build quality than stock

This car is one I hope to keep on mint condition and rolling on rims that I don't trust doesn't help me sleep at night

No one ever said you had to (XXR wheels are not a light weight wheel) that is my overall goal w/ the car and not all wheels that are light weight are 2K+ I'm sorry that you don't see that.

I can't imagine what would happen if you showed them a right...


But, in all seriousness, XXRs look nice, but I know a few Supra guys who have had their XXRs break, it was probably under serious load, but still, a rim breaking can be dangerous.

One of my previous Red Supras has sone XXRs on it and they weren't bad. If I was to get new rims though, I would probably look to something a bit better cast.

Yeah I like the Trak Lite series that Motegi has, I would have to put some feelers out on prices to be honest.
