For more detail, sometimes I would come to a light, have my foot to the floor and still be creeping forward. Other times I would go to take off and start releasing the clutch and nothing, nothing, nothing, then bam, like you dropped the clutch. The shop I used sent it back to ACT for testing, and they came back and said everything was in spec.
From not having seen your car it almost sounds like you may have had some air in the clutch line/kinked clutch line/clutch cylinder issue, or there may have been a burr or something on the transmission shaft. That doesn't sound like a typically pressure issue that I have heard before on any other vehicle.

I had the ACT SB7-HDSS kit w/ the Verus fork + Pivot. I think ACT has some QC problems or something because after 5k miles, I would start to get locked out of 1st gear when stopped.

Use a metal install tool that will not flex when installing, and torque evenly.

That eliminates that issue.

That’s definitely strange. I just finished installed one of these ACT kits with the prolite flywheel ina friends car. To alignment tool wasn’t great but we did our best to make sure the disk was concentric with everything else. We torqued everything in two steps with loctite and lubed everything that was requested in the directions. I’ll keep you posted if we have any strange issues.
