Spec Stage 3+ Clutch

Is anyone on here running the SPEC Stage 3+ clutch? If so can you attest to the stiffness over stock?

I had one on my STi and it was awesome. Upgraded to a twin but would highly recommend this clutch at least in the WRX platform.

Pedal effort was increased but not as drastically as the ACT Extreme PP that I used on past vehicles. The dual friction full faced disc is a dream in comparison to pucked discs. I never really had any chatter or shudder. The clutch grabbed like a sumbitch.

Ymmv.

That's the thing with SPEC. They are so hit and miss between platforms. I want to like them but after so many times of just "meh" experiences you get tired of giving them a chance anymore. Still curiosity makes me wonder how they did on this platform. My biggest complaint is engagement consistency on their products on some platforms.

I have the 2+, not the 3. But the pedal feel is about the same as stock. Engagement is pretty grippy though but never really an issue. I like the way it feels and is holding up great so far. Just to give you something to compare to
