For a street car you're better off with ABS or PU, carbon is to prone to cracking from debris.

I bought the cheapest one on ebay. $69 shipped for just the front lip. Packaging was terrible, fitment was mediocre, and you definitely have to paint it. After a little bit of trimming, putty, and a coat of flat black paint I think it looks great.
Personally, I'm normally a fan of OEM equipment, but in this case I'd much rather have something cheap because it's most likely going to get destroyed. I also race my car. Who knows how any of them will hold up to a cone at 50+ mph, so might as well be cheap to replace. If you're going to just drive it around then that OEM lip will look great. I also spent a lot of time once building my own lip for my MR2. Carefully sculpted it out of floral blocks and laid fiberglass over it. Looked beautiful. Until a semi tire took it out on the highway. Told myself I would never again spend that amount of time, nor will I ever get a carbon fiber lip. Absolutely love them, but if you use the car like the way a car is used, it will get destroyed eventually.

subarugenuineparts.com has it for $974 + shipping for the STi lip kit...I may go this route and try to install it myself. I've seen the blue series upfront when I was visiting my friend at the dealer and I noticed they don't come pre-installed! It's installed when the customer buys it lol. Sry for being off-topic.
