Edit,
realize now that my car was an early production vehicle due to the release series.
99% sure I won't have the updated fuel pump.

I tried to find information about the size of them in the PDF document, and couldn't find any direct information. Then I looked at the massive data spreadsheet at the end of the document. All the listed models for the US market had the same rotor diameter (294mm, which is ~11.5", which is the standard rotor size.)

On a whim, I looked at the Japanese models, and look what I found. I'm going to ASSUME that these are the Brembo rotors, considering that these models also come with the 17x7.5" wheels that you get with the Performance Package. If so, I'm seeing 326mm, which is ~12.8", which is ~1.25" larger than the standard size! A decent size increase!

This isn't an official confirmation, obviously, but it seems like a reasonable conclusion.
326mm front / 316mm rear is the size of the STI Brembos, so it looks like they went parts bin surfing. I wonder if they'll publish the piston sizes?

They are there in the chart. Looks like 2x 40mm in the front, and 1x 40mm in the rear.

What's a different yellow? The two links you provided clearly show that both the Subaru and Scion/Toyota yellow colours are the same paint code, C2Z.
You're mistake is in assuming that the new 2017 BRZ Special Edition in Charlesite yellow is a new for 2017 colour. Just like the guy with the Crosstrek Limited in the above link.

We don't know what the colour code is yet because it's not been released. BUT, most are predicting it'll be C2Z.

Eventually the code will be released and we will know beyond argument if it is the same or not but until then the debate is silly.
If Yuzu and Sunrise are C2Z and the Series.Yellow is Charlesite then I doubt it is the same. I cant think of another time Subaru changed the name of a color only to use the same paint code (Hyper Blue is Hyper Blue, SWP is SWP, etc). Though I guess they could just to make it seem unique.

And this is regardless of looking at the color lol

Can't argue with stupid. I posted a link showing that yuzu and sunrise are the same and you're still assuming I'm assuming.

I think the argument is that sunrise and yuzu are the same, but charlesite is different.

Which is probable.

One of the interesting things is that there seem to be multiple things in the document stating that the SACHS suspension and Brembo brakes will be Japan-only.

Hopefully not.
