Yeah 17x9 245/40 square.

I checked my pressures cold just now and they're at 35psi all around which I guess is what the shop put them at when they installed them.

I will try decreasing it a bit. Previously I was running 32front 29rear.

That day, I ran that loop 3x, I decrease my tires twice. It improved handling but after a couple hours at home, I had ~26 lbs, it looked flat after cooling off.

theres also an Old Sanitarium out that way in the hills somewhere that is supposed to be haunted (dont remember exactly where)...

maybe the cops have chilled, i know when i lived in Milpitas and would head out there, usually sheriffs roaming out and about..

Interesting! I found the same blog last week!

Yeah, not really sure? I went in the morning, so maybe it was a time of day thing and cops were still enjoying their coffee and donuts?

Dunno... Alice's to Hwy 9 to Santa Cruz? Haven't done that one in a while. But the last time I saw Mark he mentioned some of the side roads are damaged. May have to play it by ear.

FYI I drove up 280 N today and saw some electric signs close to the 84 interchange area saying 84 was going to be very slow.

I don't think it said closed, but the fact that it said that and then said to try an alternate route makes that area seem questionable.

It looks like there's a partial closure just before Alice's if you're heading up from 280.

From CA DOT

It looks like there's also a partial closure on 9 on the way to Santa Cruz.

Since it's such short notice and it may only be @finch1750 and me... and I don't feel like waking up early... let's table this for now. If I happen to wake up and do a drive in the morning it may just be a quick solo run down Redwood. Think about doing the Santa Cruz drive next weekend though, if people are up for it. I think we can avoid the closure on 84 and the one on hwy 9 doesn't sound too bad.

I'm about 75% sure I'm doing Mines Rd. tomorrow morning. Thinking 8:30am or 9am meetup at the Starbucks on N. Vasco.
